Littleton Coins

I took advantage of one of the Littleton intro offers. The rounds are very nice but the plastic case they are enclosed in makes them very bulky for storage. Should I take them out? Will this decrease the value?

A sheep might pay more money for the fancy holder. They dont take up that much room, it's not you got 100 of them (did you?). I have a stack of 20 in teh back of the safe, looks kinda neat actually.

I have a friend who does stuff that "it's too bluky blah blah blah" He's got plenty of room and never really saves any by breaking down the packages. He's really strange that way. Some kind of compulsive disorder. Seriously, it's weird. He always gets onto me for not doing it. I say "why? Takes up .01% more space anyway."... weirdos :albertein

I wouldn't really call it a fancy holder. More like the crap they wrap products in stores with. That plastic that you have to use a razor to cut open.

That being said I had the same thought yesterday and they are still in those things since I don't really have anything better to put them in.

I removed all mine (15) because I wasn't sure if the plastic was safe for long term storage and it filled a coin tube that I already had 5 coins in. I don't plan on selling them anyway so I wasn't worried about the value. But I have 5 more on there way that I might leave in the holders. Sure hope another deal like that one comes around again, that was nice!!
